Contact

HowToFix is run by a small team. One address reaches us, and it is read.

Support

Write to support@howtofix.id for anything about an account, a token, a payment, a model that is not answering, or the CLI. Include the account name and, if the question is about a request, the request id from the usage log — it is the difference between an answer and a guess.

Security

Report a vulnerability to the same address with security in the subject. Please describe the impact and how to reproduce it, and give us a chance to fix it before publishing. We will confirm receipt and tell you what we found.

Abuse

Report a token or account being used for spam, evasion, or anything the terms forbid, and it will be investigated. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, write with the address and we will remove it or explain why it stays.

What we cannot do

  • We cannot recover a password by email unless the account has a verified address on it. Use the reset flow on the sign-in page.
  • We do not offer phone or live chat. Email is the only channel, and it is answered in the order it arrives.
  • We cannot read your prompts back to you. Request bodies are only retained when logging is enabled, and even then they follow the retention setting rather than being kept indefinitely.

The people behind it

HowToFix is built and operated by Rafly (NetroIndonesia), working from Indonesia. The service is developed in the open — the CLI, the harness and this dashboard's source are on GitHub — and the gateway is assembled from open-source components listed on the About page. If you find something wrong with the site, the handbook is where the intended behaviour is written down.
